Synopsis:
   shook <hook> <args>

Description:
   SHOOK simulates the hooking of an /ON event with parameters you specify.

Examples:
   /shook msg Me This message is fake
      
   *Me* This message is fake

Other Notes:
   Simulating a hook that depends on $userhost() can cause some major problems
