Synopsis:
   send <text>

Description:
   This command provides a convenient mechanism for scripts, aliases, key
   bindings, etc. to send a line of text to the current channel or query.
   It is also useful for chatting while COMMAND_MODE is off.  Other than
   the ability to send a message to a query, SEND is identical to SAY.
