Section 1: General-Purpose Commands                                         

This section contains the most basic commands of EPIC.  You will not have
much success with IRC until you become familiar with these commands.

This section will show you how to connect and disconnect to servers, join
and leave channels, change your nickname, send messages to other people,
and other fundamental irc operations.

You will also want to read the help files in section 2.  Most of the problems
that new users have are solved by reading the help files in these two sections.
